Plamp Joela

The third and the last foal of the year was born to Jo at 5am this morning.

It’s a beautiful strong black filly. She is Jo’s fourth baby girl, the first one that is black. Jo is now a confirmed heterozygote.

This season’s birthings were fantastic.

We always woke up and found a still wet-and-wobbly but lively foal. The placentas were all easy to find and in one piece. Nice!
